If your withdrawal hasn’t arrived, don’t worry. Follow these steps:
1. Check Withdrawal Status
- Check wallet orders to see if your withdrawal is approved. If not, wait; we won’t withhold it without reason. (Asset freezing during withdrawal is normal.)
2. Check Blockchain Status
- If RooEx has approved it, use the TXID to check blockchain status.
- Confirmed: Verify if block confirmations meet the receiving platform’s requirement. If met but not received, wait due to network delays.
- Sufficient Confirmations but Not Arrived: Contact the receiving platform, as RooEx can’t assist with transferred assets.
