Why does the recharge platform show a successful transfer, but my RooEx account hasn’t been credited?
If the recharge platform indicates a successful transfer but your RooEx account shows no funds, follow these steps:
1. Check Minimum Recharge Amount
- Visit the [Recharge Page] on RooEx to confirm the minimum amount. Amounts below this will not be credited or refunded.
2. Understand the Transfer Process
- Sender Withdrawal: Success means the sending platform has processed it.
- Blockchain Confirmation: Network congestion may delay confirmation.
- RooEx Crediting: Funds are credited after confirmation.
3. Troubleshoot Issues
- Request TXID: Obtain the Transaction Hash (TXID) from the sender to check progress.
- Confirmed but Not Credited: Submit your email, token name, and TXID to official support.
- Still Confirming: Wait for blockchain confirmation.
- No TXID: Contact the sending platform.
