- Solution: Please go to the "Order List," find your pending order, and select "Cancel Order" to release the funds.
Question 2: How to check for pending withdrawals in your account?
If a withdrawal request is shown as "Processing," the corresponding funds will remain frozen.
- Solution: Contact the RooEx support team for assistance to speed up your withdrawal request.
Steps to check pending withdrawals:
- Go to "Asset Center" and click "Funding Account".
- Click "Deposit and Withdraw History," then select "Withdrawal Records."
- View all incomplete or processing withdrawals.
Question 3: Why is my order not executed?
If your order remains unexecuted, it may be due to the following reasons:
- The price you set is higher or lower than the current market rate.
- No matching buyer or seller is available at your set price.
Solution:
- Go to the "Order List," find your order, and cancel it.
- Adjust a new order price closer to the market price.
- Alternatively, select an available order from the order book to trade instantly.
