If you no longer wish to use your RooEx account, you can cancel your account. Please note that once your account is canceled, all your account data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This means that if you have any remaining assets in your account, you will permanently lose them after cancellation.
1. Log in to the RooEx web version, click on the avatar in the top right corner of the homepage, and then select "Cancel Account."
2. Log in to the RooEx APP, click on the avatar in the top left corner of the homepage, and then select "Cancel Account."
