- User account management and account security tools;
- Digital asset market insights, educational resources, and other relevant information.
Disclaimer: The platform solely provides digital asset trading services and does not support direct exchange or deposit services between digital assets and fiat currencies.
2.3 Service Restrictions
To ensure compliance and protect the rights and interests of global users:
- The platform strictly prohibits access or use of services by "U.S. Persons" or residents/users from other high-risk regulatory regions;
- Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities using the platform, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion;
- Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction before using the services of the platform.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1 Registration and Account Management
Eligibility for Registration
When registering, you must meet the following requirements:

Digital assets, as a new global trading medium, exhibit the following characteristics:

6. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer

Due to the decentralized nature of blockchain and the uncertain regulatory environment, RooEx is not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, external regulatory decisions, or any force majeure events.
7. Modification and Effectiveness of the Agreement
7.1 Modification of the Agreement
The platform reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revised content will be announced on the official website and will take effect immediately. By continuing to use the services, users are deemed to accept the revised Terms.
7.2 Agreement Effectiveness
This Agreement takes effect immediately upon the user clicking the "Agree" button or logging into the platform. If the user does not accept these Terms, they should immediately cease using the services.
